Two Icons, One Truck
Ford and Carhartt have announced a co-branded Super Duty Package for 2027, which brings together two iconic brands that have shared the same city and workforce for more than a century. Carhartt started outfitting Detroit workers in 1889. Ford arrived in 1903.
Their shared history is documented by a 1927 receipt for Carhartt overalls ordered to Ford factory workers at the Rouge complex, now on display at The Henry Ford Museum.
The 2027 Super Duty Carhartt Package is built for the 95 million contractors, tradespeople, and small business owners that Ford and Carhartt call the Essential Economy. Watch below to learn more.
Built for the Job Site
The package is available exclusively on the XLT Crew Cab 4x4. The 2027 Ford Super Duty Carhartt features a dark-painted grille and off-road running boards with a textured finish.
Carhartt graphics sit on the fender vents, doors, and tailgate, right where road salt, mud, and rock chips do their work. The placement is intentional. The graphics add a layer of protection where it matters.
The 20-inch machined-and-painted wheels were inspired by the manhole covers outside Carhartt's Detroit flagship. A full LED package covers roof markers, clearance lamps, fog lamps, and reflector lamps. The Tough Bed spray-in bedliner is stamped with the Carhartt logo.
An Interior That Earns Its Keep
Inside, the cloth seats take inspiration from Carhartt's Duck Canvas, the heavy-duty cotton the brand is known for, with triple stitching carried through the seats and door trim. Premium all-weather floor mats round out a cabin built to handle boots, tools, and long days.
Availability
Six exterior colors are available: Marsh Gray, Iconic Silver Metallic, Agate Black Metallic, Carbonized Gray Metallic, Oxford White, and Neptune Blue, which is new for 2027. The package is compatible with both the XLT Premium Package and the FX4 Off-Road Package. Ford and Carhartt are also backing the skilled trades through programs like Ford Auto Tech Scholars and ToolBank USA.
Orders opened May 8. Available fall 2026.
